Our cosy apartment offers enough space for 2-4 guests.
Besides a king size bed in the bedroom with a big closet there is also a daybed couch (1,80mx2m) with sleeping space for another 2 people in the living room, which also locates a fully equiped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher,...
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.
From the living room our guests have direct access to the 24 m² patio with south/east direction and mountain view.
The apartment was renovated in January 2018.
Now it is a mixture of modern but also typical, lovely Bavarian aspects.
Besides hand and showering towels there are also a hairdryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper to your disposal.
Kitchen equipment: fridge with a small freezer inside, ofen, herd (2 hot plates), dishwasher, toaster, water boiler as well as a coffee maker (Senseo) and, of course, there is all you need for cooking and eating.
A tv and a hifi-system (with USB port) as well as wifi internet access is provided in the apartment and can be used as often as you want.
There is also garden furniture so our guests can enjoy the quiet garden with a nice view and sun the whole day.
In the basement there are a washing machine and a dryer - both can be self served with coins..
The apartment is for our guests only, we don`t share rooms or live in the same house. But we live just a few streets away and welcome all our guests personally and help you, if you have any questions.
The offered prices are for max. 2 guests.
For every additional child (3 -13 years) we charge 10 € per night and
for any additional guests from 14 years and older we charge 15€ per night.
Included in the price are all additional costs like for (hot) water, heating, power, tv and also for basic equipment of bedding, 2 small and 1 big towel per person and dish towels.
The cleaning fee is included in the price, if you stay at least 5 nights. Otherwise it is 45€ additionally and
for any additional person there is also a fee for washing and ironing the bed linen of 5€ if you book only 1-4 nights.
For every guest 15 years and older Füssen charges a visitor`s tax of 2,20 € per night. This tax is NOT included in our price and is additional. At arrival you will get the "FüssenCard", which allows you to use regional public transfer and also park for free (up to 4 hours) in some parking spaces. Other activities and wifi hotspots are available free to holders of the "FüssenCard".
"FüssenCard" holders get also reduced entry charges at several points of interest like to the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castle, boat cruises at lake Forggensee, miniature golf courses, the Füssen ice rink, public indoor swimming pools, several cable cars e.g. Tegelbergbahn, Breitenbergbahn, Buchenbergbahn,....

Our apartment offers cosy living in between downtown Füssen und lake Forggensee - quiet but also central.
A quiet location that is not far from the downtown area and also just a few minutes walking distance to the beautiful lake Forggensee with lots of possibilities for leisure time activities. An ideal starting point for mountain hikes, bike trails and lots of different lakes for swimming and boat trips.
The apartmenthouse is in a street that allows cars just to drive slowly (max. 30km/h).
Our apartment "Selig" is located away from the street, directed south/east into the garden, which all guests of the house are allowed to use. The big patio is for our guests use only and perfect for sunny breakfast or a chill-out after an eventful day.
If you travel by car there is free parking right in front of the house.
If you arrive by train, the station is a 15 minutes walk - most of the time for pedestriants only with a beautiful view of the mountains and Neuschwanstein castle - away.
Bus stops to the castles and also to Reutte/ Austria are 5-10 minutes away.
Please note: this year there is maintenance and repair at the Forgggensee dam. So this means that there is no water in the Forggensee and subsequently no boat trips and other water activities. Thanks for your understanding.
